Authorities say a driver enraged because a 17-year-old boy allegedly egged his Mercedes on Halloween fatally shot the “prankster” in the neck and throat as he tried to run away.

Tivarus Irving, 17, of Union City, died en route to Grady Memorial Hospital following the shooting near the intersection of Joseph E. Lowery and Joseph E. Boone boulevards. Investigators say 10 shots were fired at the teen, who may have just been an innocent bystander in the egging.

Police were still investigating when a man matching the suspect’s description drove by the shooting scene in a Mercedes that matched the description of the suspect’s vehicle, according to the AJC.
The man was taken into custody and was being questioned by homicide detectives overnight, the paper continued.
Less than four hours to the teen’s shooting, Atlanta police said a man confessed to killing another man on Federal Terrace near the federal penitentiary.
Mr. Fernando Hernandez, 32, was charged with murder after telling police he shot the victim, whose name has not yet been released.
So, the moral of the story is, DON'T MESS W/ DA HOMEHZ IN ATLANTA!

I know someone who is in hospital due to someone throwing a banger into his hood, He took it out and as it was in his hand it blew up right beside his face, He has lumps and slits on one side of his face.
I also know someone who has lost sight in one eye, I don't know the cause or either does he but it may of been a banger in a glass bottle
Both of these accidents happened on Sunday evening.

The kid deserved a beating but who shoots a gun for an egg to the car? What an arse hole. Sometimes I get so mad over something I feel I could kill somebody, so i'm glad the laws with guns are so tight in the UK otherwise people would die more ofen.
Not to offend Americans, but America really needs to look at it's gun laws, and clamp down on them. A LOT.

just goes to show you how short life can be and how stupid people can be. for the 17 year old...and for the driver go burn in hell, even if he had th right to shoot why would he go for a lethal shot. every smart gun owner knows the only reason to go for a kill shot is if the other person is holding a firearm. other than that you go for a non-lethal shot like the leg. i live in southern texas around houston and the stupidity of people here pisses me off....guys shooting men,women even children for wearing a rival gangs colors even if they're not affiliated.if the driver were in texas he would have been sentenced to life already.
