Before training: 4-8 Weetbix, what ever I grab normally.
After training: Protein shake and apple and banana.
Big Breakfast: Bacon and Eggs. 1/2 pack of bacon, 4-5 eggs and 3-4 pieces of toast. With a big glass of orange juice.
Lunch: Today; Large bowl of Pasta and Tuna salad. And another apple and banana.
Dinner: Haven't had it yet, but having Roast Chicken. About half of it.
Before you go on about how much I eat,
I am a rower. I train about 2-3 times a day.
I am 6 ft 5 (1cm off 6ft 6.), and I weigh 92kg. Exactly this morning.
Thats just an average day for me. You should see when we do Super Comp. (Means hard out training.)
