How are any of the artists hardcore rap i never even knew there was a "hardcore rap" genre , there underground if anything but there really not. Also how are any of the names i listed not 21 century? One of the few mainstream artist i like is jay-z he's top 5 of all time easily .

what i mean by hardcore rap are extremely vulgar lyrics with an insane beat its a metaphor. I Still listen to JAY-Z BTW

IMO he should still be in Prison. Mother f----- needs to get treated just like normal people just because he has a shit load of money shouldn't mean he gets out of everything he wants. Not Happy or Sad

compared to the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton he was in jail for a while. People even supported him . Also we live in a world where MONEY = POWER.
