just to say that windows clasic look can be done on a windows 7 Pro Opersting System, as shown in the image. All you have to do is right click on the desktop seclect personalise, and then choos windows classic

As for the OPs question, this looks like you have a permissions problem, meaning that the store didn't give you an account that has rights to the system as an admin should have, but looking at it I think you are using XP now is this XP pro or home, as this will help to try and solve the problem you are having.
