Considering it will be many, many years from now, that is how I view it. If it was going to happen in 100 years, when my children would be still alive, I'd definitely do my part. Seeing as how by the time it happens, my family would have progressed several generations, I won't have the slightest knowledge of anyone on Earth at the time, it doesn't bother me much.

Sounds selfish right? Think about and you will see where I am coming from.

I am error
Show me indisputable physical evidence (Not some rubbish chart which *Puts on an posh, nasal voice* An 0.000034273% change in the amount of hydration in the skin cell of the lesser spotted Mongolian camel rat) And I will act upon it, but wait... What can I actually do? I'm sitting here with my little chimney, looking at China, Japan, Industrial America and UK, Thinking, why do I have to change MY way of life. Why should I not boil the kettle, why should I live in the dark, when the main power munchers worldwide are causing the *Possibly non-existent* damage!

The UK puts out at most 1% of the total pollution world wide. I don't see why I should be the one making change happen.

Wow, I've never realized how ****ing selfish the human race is. There is definitely a change happening in our climate, to say otherwise is simply outrageous. Pumping this much CO2 into the atmosphere is only going to heat things up. Take a look at the time know as "Snowball Earth". As the name suggests, the world was nothing more than a snowball. We only managed to get out of it because of Volcanoes pumping CO2 into the air which in turn caused the planet to warm.

To the people asking why they should be so worries when China isn't, every little thing helps. Imagine five million people decided to walk to work instead of driving. The amount of CO2 that would not be going into the atmosphere would be massive.
