This is good that the worms on our side, how someone did that im not sure, but it looks with all this new tecnology and ways to destory things from a simple click of a button we could win this war.

What amazes me is that the Nuclear Program ran on Windows 7 lol.
But to answer your questions, It wan't made by one person but it was a joint effort by Russia, U.S. and I think Germany.
