How to get in this
* Don't enter yourself in. If you do, your post will be deleted
* Only nominate non-premiums
* You gotta show me that your dedicated NGU by having over 150 posts and a decent amount of rep
* Please give me a link to the persons profile that your nominating

I would've said Manxlad619, but he got premium from when Kaffy said he'd give the fourth person premium.
Although I've been thinking about this for about half an hour, I've come to a conclusion:
I believe that You must login or register to view this content. should get Premium, although he has not been active very often; he has helped the NGU community A LOT, and therefore I believe, he should get the premium spot.[/color]
