well it depends on what kind of mathematical help you are looking for. Most often if you are doing simple algebra, calculus, or differential equations you can use Wolframalpha, google it, it will solve almost any math problem for you and show you the steps to how it got to the answer. And by physical education, im just wondering how we can help you with P.E? if you mean physics i would say just tough it out, physics is mostly plug and chug equations with a little bit of derivation and itegration.

WTF's with the title? And if your using a textbook, go to HotMath.com , they have alot of high school math text books, and they show you how to to do certain problem, step by step. BTW, they only have odd numbers.
