Ok so I can definitely tell you most of the hard working mods are noticed and GREATLY appreciated. I myself love the hard working moderators, they always are active here making good posts and they are all around helping people out. These are the mods that if you ask a question in the Shoutbox they are the first to respond with a correct answer. There is of course mods that work behind the scenes that will be mentioned later on

Well these mods are very famous among the members. Everyone knows about them, they are either in the shoutbox a lot or have a lot of posts. These mods might not be the best if your counting mod stats but they are definitely helpful to the forum and everyone loves them :love: And again I am not trying to put ANY mods down, they all are doing a decent job :y:

Well these mods aren't all very well known around the forums. They do a lot of work around here but just aren't known for it. You definitely should never flame any mod for not doing much work because they may be doing work behind the scenes. By behind the scenes I mean stuff that the everyday user would not notice. I have heard about some of these mods but don't know enought to give you examples of mods that do work behind the scenes

So I have witnessed MANY members having discussions in the shoutbox about how some admins do not do much work around here and should be demoted. Well, let me tell you, admins have many options in the back-end of vBulletin, many of the admins are working on coding and adding new modifications to please the community. I have even seen the nGu homepage before admins disabled it so I can insure to you that admins are doing a lot of back-end work that a normal user does not hear about. Do not say a admin should be demoted unless you know what's going on in the Admin Control Panel. Here's a list of admins :love:

Ok so there is also a form of moderators that don't do much around here it seems, this is a variety from a sectional mod to a super mod it can happen. You aren't always sure if a mods not doing much but you can kind of get an idea, hmmm, you never know maybe they are working behind the scenes
Well these mods don't answer questions if you go in the shoutbox they will just sit there and continue on with the pointless conversations. Don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to point fingers or flame anyone and you shouldn't either but there does seem to be this type of moderator, disagree if you must I won't post links and point fingers for this one. These are the mods that find humor in pointless discussions, enjoy arguing with other mods which usually result in banning eachother and generating lulz in general for the shoutbox. On top of that, they can take a joke or two, along with the occasional insult which is great in a mod.
