I recently just purchased a Government Model Ruger 22 Pistol. I also have a Glock .45.

I advise you to get a specially made charging handle for the AR-15 because the stock ones aren't that great. I was at a shooting range and this one guy pulled it kind of fast and it got jammed between the bolt. It was just sticking out. It might have been because the guy doesn't clean his gun much, especially the bolt, but just to be safe.....

Well, the chances of you being able to bring back weapons from war = 0%. The most the government would let you take home might be an attachment or something like a bayonet for the AK. That has to go through a whole sh!t load of paper work for you to keep too. So if you ever join the military, don't count on bringing back weapons.

yeah if you go to the military there is about .0000000000001% you might be able to take a gun home. Your better off buying a AR-15 they run from about $600-$2000+

I wasn't planning on bringing one home, I just meant either way I'm going into the military and if I did want the AK i would have to try and get permission from the government.
