well I got a new laptop and today I wanted to start recording, but when I started my PVR, it (I dont know the exact word) flickers as hell and the graphics are pretty shit lol.
But with my old laptop it worked great, and with the HDMI it works also great, so its not the ps3 or tv.

Can someone help me? Would be very thankful.

Err, do you know what graphics hard your new laptop has?

Peocessor: ATI Mobility Readon HD 5470
2nd graphics card: Intel GMA HD
video store: GDDR3 SDRAM - 512 MB
max. RAM: 2202 MB

It may be that your old laptop had a better graphics card or more ram?

my old one had a Nvidia Geforce 8600M GS graphics card and 256 MB

I dont know if its better or worse

I think it may be better, not to sure though

did you update your drivers? if so uninstall and reinstall evrything.
also check your fps settings
