Provocative photos of Demi Lovato may have hit the web late last week, but don't hold your breath for a sex tape to follow.

A rep for Lovato has slammed an X17Online.com report, which claimed that "a sex tape featuring the barely legal singer/actress could leak any day now."

"Perpetrating these completely unfounded rumors from supposed sources while Demi is in treatment dealing with serious physical and emotional issues is disgusting," the rep told TMZ.com.

X17 reported a source's claim that 18-year-old Lovato "videotaped herself getting it on with a young man over the summer," while her uncle, Francisco Lovato, allegedly prevented anyone from entering her tour bus.

Lovato's rep countered that "the sourcing on this report is so spotty that it is hard to fully respond."

"Francisco Lovato is the brother of Demi's estranged father. He never traveled on the tour, and certainly didn't serve as some sort of chaperone," the rep explained.

The "Sonny with a Chance" star's camp has repeatedly distanced themselves from statements made by Lovato's dad, Patrick, since she entered a treatment facility nearly two months ago.

Last week, the Disney star's rep declined to comment on the racy photos showing the starlet striking sexy poses with her female friends.
