On the 17th I got knee surgery, I got 6cm screws which are due out next december...
My question is, Why cant i feel part of my leg? :\
Will i ever be able to feel that part of my leg again?
Its been dead since the operation

November 16th - Broken tibia tuberosity
November 17th - Screwed back in to place (Operation)
November 19th - Out of hospital with 1 back slab, 1 plaster cast and 1 fibre glass casts around my leg + In wheel chair
December 3rd - Out of cast and in to leg brace
December 17th - When I notice I cant feel a part of my leg, tell doctors they arent sure and look for infection/fluid in my leg (none found) they think it is my cyotic nerve shrinking, I searched it apparently I would be able to feel the nerve shrinking in my foot and I cant.

Does it still function, the part you cannot feel?

I can still move my leg if thats what you mean, its RIGHT next to my scar (like 3 cm away) :\
Its just every time i touch that part I get all agitated and irritated

May I ask what the operation was for?

In footy I went in for a tackle and as I went in my bone shot up and around my knee, so they had to manipulate it and screw it back in to my leg.

Was both caused by this tackled and were they doctors aware of your previous operation if my first question is correct.

Noo i didnt have 2 ops, I only had one, look this is the whole story...

Sorry mate, you've last me, if the doctors couldn't find anything i've got no chance. Unless they have completely ripped thread the nerve however that could cause your leg to repeatively have spazums... I'm unsure sorry mate, GL for any future information.
