This trick only will work with people who have the NEW Facebook design.
(The Facebook design where you have the 5 most recent pictures you have been tagged in)
e.g.
You must login or register to view this content.
In that photo i have circled the 5 most recent images that appear...
You must login or register to view this content.
To do this you simply upload the 5 images you want, then tag the person in those 5 pictures (you have to tag them in it the opposite way to make the images appear correctly - make the last picture you want to appear first etc) so if you wanted that "I <3 C0ck" image across there facebook then you would tag them back to front in this order to make it look right

OHKAY that was a bit long winded but its worth it in the end :p
