(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Which is better for connection IYO the component cable or HDMI cable or if you really wanna say the dumb AV cable that comes with it, go ahead?

I only say this thread in PS3 General Forums.. not Debate so I thought I could post it, please correct me.

So really the question isn't component vs hdmi, it's What's the best cord for great graphics?

I use an HDMI, but my TV is only 1080i, even though you can't tell the difference, literally, you can't see it.

OVER 9000!
There is no competition, Component is always going to be Analog 1080p and HDMI is digital 1080p(1080 is just used as an example to make it more clear).

Therefore HDMI is better

Keepin it real
HDMI is the best, used both on my 1080p LCD TV for my ps3, HDMI delivers better picture quality and best performance, and its not a pain in the ass the put all those wires in, only one straight wire, none of those annoying blue, red, green cables

HDMI by far, now if you're considering audio: I'd recommend Optical or Coaxial.

HDMI no doubt is better, as it has better sound and video and is only one cord. I have a 15" 720p TV and I use compnent cables works great but a HDMI would be cool but wont make much difference on a small TV
