Had a pair of these. The sound quality was amazing but too bad the quality of the product wasn't. They snapped within a few weeks.

I got a pair of sony in ear buds based on recommendation but I would get dres if I had the money.

For in-ear it has to be the Monster Turbines. They're normally $180 but I picked them up on sale for $80 and they're absolutely amazing.

As for over the ear models, I think the best I've used so far is my Astro A40s

I know that Sennheisers and others have higher quality than them, they're just the best that I've tried personally.
