Skype Offers Vouchers for Outage Problems

Skype, the popular internet voice service is now giving out vouchers to apologize to users over an outage about a week ago. Outages lasted for several hours for most users of the service. The outage left many people who use the popular service with no way to communicate with others. The voucher that is being given out by the company is worth 30 minutes of talk time. Skype also made a statement on how the outage happened and what they are going to do to prevent it in the future.

This statement was also made by the company, “We know how important your Skype conversations are to you and we take any disruption to our service very seriously, we are pleased to confirm that Skype is back to normal allowing you to connect with friends, co-workers, family and loved ones.”
