It's fair to say that we are more than just a little excited about the Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo's track record with handhelds has been near flawless and with the high cost associated with 3D TVs, this is likely to be the first chance many of us have to sample the delights of 3D gaming (and without the need for specs). Not only is the technology impressive, but the 3DS boasts a superb array of games, from the likes of Mario Kart and Nintendogs, to Resident Evil and Metal Gear Solid. The hype machine has already gone into overdrive with sources close to Nintendo suggesting that the machine will be sold out well into 2012!
