Wasn't there a few thousand of a specific breed of fish that randomly died somewhere in America not so long ago apparently not to far from where all the birds died? I think I read about it today and it mentioned the fish.

Seems a bit odd that certain animals are dieing in large numbers in such small periods of time.

Yeah, there's obviously a logical explanation, probably someone heard of the birds and started using some type of poison that only affects that type of fish.
