This brings a big smile to my face. After all the long arguments I've had with people about this being a scam I finally have a official reason.

PowerBalance, the manufacturers of this plastic wristbands admitted that there is "no credible scientific evidence that supports [their] claims and therefore [they] engaged in misleading conduct." In layman's terms its a SCAM.

Why they admitted this you ask? Well simple, the company has been under so much criticism because of their claims and scientific nonsense, they finally cracked. This is the first time in which a regulatory authority have made them admit that their claims are a fraud.

This really makes me think about our mind power. The people that actually believed this and performed better can thank the placebo effect. Mind over matter huh?

Surely if you believe in something enough it may actually work. You may call it a scam but if you truely believed this would give you more balance then I'm sure your balance would improve on that belief alone.

So really its not a scam. Its just a clever way of making people feel better about themselves.
