Writing on both sides is in a weird language, and there are no numbers that I can see.

Thanks,

Ok , I found it.
It is a Thai 1/64 Baht coin that was in circualtion from 1902 to 1905.
I can't copy of picture of it directly from the web site but I have copied the information to the web site below, along with the Wikipedia info on Thailand currency.
God knows how you would have ever come across a coin like this in circualtion in the US, and I doubt that it is worth much ( the current exchange rate on the Baht to the dollar is .03 cents , so it would be worth 1/64th of 3 cents )
But you should look at it as a good luck piece, I'm sure no one in the US has come across one of these in a hundred years.

Here is the info on it below.
If you can figure out how to get a picture of it copied please post it here.
OK I rebooted and was able to copy and paste the web address

I looked around for any value the coin might have and came across some interesting facts.
I did find one in better condition for sale at 19.00

It is considered rude to put baht banknotes in a wallet that sits in the back pocket, as this allows someone to sit on the image of the King, which is considered highly disrespectful. Similarly, stepping on a baht banknote (or coin) is considered disrespectful. Some shops in Thailand, especially in rural areas, display low-denomination banknotes in front of the shop, both as a charm for wealth and out of respect for the King.
