This video sucks here is a better tutorial that I have.

Steps:

Have a car
Go to McDonalds drive-thru
be convincing and innocent looking
Get up to the speaker and say that I was here before and you guys forgot to give me a whole meal and then they'll say to come up
once there tell them what you left out and try to look like you are trying to remember but don't have that stupid look.
Receive food and be happy

btw this is FOOL proof and I have done it countless times.

know a inside dude at Mickey D's and he told me that you can sue for that if they don't give it to you because you "payed" for it and you don't even need a receipt.
