Why it should be illegal.
If it is illegal already, why should it be LEGAL? There's no argument there. You can't really say "Legalize marijuana" They won't listen/care.

Weed isn't good for your mental health and it is Illegal, so i can simply put that it isn't the best thing to do. Just like speeding may not be that bad, but it is still illegal.

I see no reason why the government should have the right to tell you what you can put into your own body..

Anything in excess is not good for the body and Weed has some positive effects as well. I see absolutely no reason for it being illegal and with our economy it could be used to generate more money for the state.

You need to smoke 1500 pounds of weed in 15 minutes to overdose on it, and you don't die from THC either, which is the substance which gets you high. You can't even pass out from smoking weed, unless you bonk your head on a wall or some shit.
