Hello NextGenUpdate
Over the recent days, NGU has rocketed with the amount of users online just for the CFW that was recently released, while being able to get this you will have noticed several people asking for a Signed FTP server... Well, Im not going to lie but it does get annoying after a while when your at the Shout Box and someone Goes ''Are there any FTP servers released yet?'' or ''Guys, Have anyone of you got a FTP server for the new CF?''
Im sure you all will agree on this that the CFW is something BIG for the hacking community, and while this being one of the best Exploiting communities on the internet, I have one thing to ask from you newfags, Im confident in that im talking for the part of the NGU community who is active regardless of what happens...
Please stop asking for the FTP server in the shoutbox and else where of the Forum and wait for it to be released! :love:

i thankyou for making this thread for i have been unsure about doing it for some time, i know my rep is low but i dont leave on this site, the hacking community lets face it is a select few 'pros' and a shed load of users and semi pros (people who simply use and modify) i am a user, ngu has been indated with a bunch of little kids askin for such things as above and for challenge lobbies which im really startin o get pissed off with

That was a newfag question lol.
CFW stands for Custom Firmware. It pretty much lets you run things on your PS3 that you wouldn't normally be able to run. For example you would be able to set up modded lobbies without jailbreaking. Also you would be able to run homebrew games. Alot of ish to do on CFW.
