Xbox 360 and the new "Kinect" gives you the ability to play games, without the need of a controller at all. With this, comes the ability to hurt yourself playing video games.

Well, 35 year old Nikki Harding did just that. She broke her ankle playing a track and field game, she stated:

Dr. Jack Sharon of Penrose St. Francis in Colorado Springs, say that nothing like this really surprises him anymore. "Gamers can get some pretty serious injuries playing games seen in the real world."

It just goes to show you, that you can always get hurt playing video games, but Kinect isn't the first to hurt somebody. Does anyone remember the countless "Nintendo Wii FAIL" videos on YouTube?

Here's a really good one, you should get a good chuckle.

Why do people get hurt playing video games? Is it really that dangerous to run or jump in place?

How do you snap your ankle running in place/facepalm People need to get off their couches once in a while and figure out the motion of running.
