Use their to indicate possession.

Remember that they're is a contraction of the words they and are.
Ex:

They're sucking up to mods in the shoutbox again. :confused:

I miss one letter out of his name and you criticize me for it? It doesn't matter that much.. The thread wasn't about how to spell peoples' names.
