Guys im really tired of this end of the world BS . Ever since a gleam of life has hit the Earth people cant stop thinking of when the apocalypse will come . The world is at a bad state i will admit that , but not bad enough to the point that we are all suffering. Life is a bitch and always will be. So Ethically speaking the world is ending in 2012 over too much famine and poverty.
Why on 2012 , Simple i am going to tell you how someone makes these predictions . They spend many hours doing research until they can find some time of coincidence hence 2012 being the end of the world as well as some alignments . So the Mayan Calender and Galactic phenomenons = the end?
Why people make these theory's? Simple , Most of these people are attention whores . They have nothing better to do then make ridiculous claims . In this 2012 theory YouTube is swarming with 2012 vids . They just want to be trolls and say dumb stuff like Jesus went in there dream and told them this . Now besides that you guys don't understand how much profit people can make on this 2012 boat . There is so many movies and documentarys that are Pure Hollywood Based . Most of them have nothing to do with prophecy's.
If you believe this i am going to tell you a couple of things . #1 you are most likely young and probably brainwashed by just putting on a search engine 2012 . Mostly what you read doesn't come from professionals (Not saying i am one) . NASA has already confirmed to us this is probably fake . Also the world ends when you die . So what? You can die Today , Tomorrow , a week , a month , a year , a decade , or a munemlium . So no matter what your going to die and thats the harsh reality of life . You cant live life in a bubble . So what you do is dont take life so much for granted.

It has to do with solar flares, and this was never thought to be a problem until nasa discovered large holes in our planets magnetosphere, which ended up being larger then anyone ever predicted. (magnetosphere is a shield around the earth that protects us form solar storms)The real theory has nothing to do with the end of the world, they think that there is a good chance that our power grid could be short circuited causing a mass black out. They have no idea how long this could last, days/weeks/months or worst case scenario year/s.

So basically its possibly something could happen, definitely not the end of the world witch is only told in fork lore version of the 2012 myth. But possibly a short circuit on the flawed electrical grid that powers America.

You forgot the biggest argument that time is a man made idea, and time is not real, and that our years are not accurate. Earth and the rest of the solar system is about 4.55 billion years (plus or minus about 1%). This means the year 2012 passed sooooooooo long ago.

Now MY argument. You said you are tired of these 2012 threads, looking through the first couple of pages, YOUR thread is the ONLY 2012 thread I see in general. Stop wasting our time and post this shit in the million 2012 threads already in debates.

The Mayans never said the world would end on 2012 it just happens to be when they stopped writing the years in their calendars, which makes perfect sense- did anyone expect them to just keep writing forever and ever? NO. They had to stop sometime.
