Eminem is surely is no stranger to fame, While being one of the few succesful white rappers. Rumours have risen that Eminem is going to star in Rockstars next Grand Theft Auto like movie.

A deal has been said to have surfaced but was declined, through concerns of the video game franchise being destroyed with this one movie but with this in mind 20th century fox has continued to pursue this GTA like movie and have gone out to hire several heavy weight producers such as; Paul Rosenberg and Stuart Parr who also produced 8 mile and Get rich or Die trying.

As of this time, It's knwon that the studio has brought in David Von Ancken, who for the last few years has been directing Showtimes Californication, but who’d also directed the 2006 Liam Neeson and Pierce Brosnan revenge Western, Seraphim Falls.

The film is currently named “Random Acts of Violence” and is expected to start shooting this year.

Don't you think this is a perfect timing with Grand Theft Auto 5 rumoured to be released in late 2011 or early 2012?

Who knows lets just wait and see what the future for holds for Rockstars Grand Theft Auto series
