Eternal Life or Heaven

You must login or register to view this content.[/CENTER]

The question is simple Eternal life or Heaven.

Although deciding which is better may be difficult since both of these two things offer there unique exclusivity.

Lets see your thoughts on this topic.

You're closed minded, you should be able consider what any possibilty could be like.

And don't do that whole "Oh, yeah, you must be a Christian then, you need to open your eyes to the real world, there's no deity." How do you know I am? I'm just mature enough to realise that people are entitled to their own beliefs, they should never have other points of view smothering them.

And no, this isn't based on just that post, it's based on all your posts. You are a closed minded, chauvanistic asshole.

Exactly, Shepleklet.

Pricey91, If heaven isn't real to you, then how the hell is Eternal life? You are a dumb ass, honestly.

To stay on topic, i would pick Heaven because it somewhere says in the Bible that heaven is is more pleasurable than anything on earth, and it is also eternal.

In my opinion you are always looking for an argument, not a debate. Also I stopped debating in the God vs Fact thread because all that thread is, is a hate flame thread. I don't want to start a flame or argument. Also anyone else agree with me on what I said about the God vs Fact thread.

I'll say it again, you don't have to read my posts. You don't have to reply. Simple.

It was a cheeky stab at religion. Lighten up. I'll say it to you as well. Don't like me, don't read the posts. Now do one.

now here's something you don't come across everyday..
Heaven: no one has actually been there and come back to earth to tell us what it's like.sooo,if we do not know it,how can we even say we want to go there?
for all we know, heaven might just be a parking lot for humans to re-incarnate.
Eternal Life: no thank you. one lifetime is more than sufficient.
i definately do not want to watch all my family members(even my grandkids) die before my eyes and i'm the last one still standing:bye:
just brings back memories of the Highlander movie/tv series

Even if heaven was real I'd chose eternal life. Life's no fun without flaws, without pain there is no happiness. Actually, you know what, I'd choose neither. I'd simply want to fade into non-existence just to see what it's like.

And to all the atheists: I'm atheist as well, but this is a hypothetical question to begin with, to me neither heaven nor eternal life (well if life is defined as keeping the stream of consciousness that we have always known) is possible, and to christians literal eternal life is impossible (yes I know in the bible going to heaven is described as "eternal life" or whatever), so this is purely hypothetical.

Theres no eternal life... wanted to put that out there since you say there is no heaven. And that is apparantly what your choice was based off?

You lot still going on about this? It was a cheeky little stab at religion, get over it. If you're really that concerned about it, I'll get you a box of tissues to dry your eyes.

I Got Cookies
Over 9000 of them.
I would have to choose heaven because eternal life isn't all that great. Watching loved ones die >.<
Heaven is made out to be a wonderful and peaceful place and that's what I hope it is =D (If it does exist)
