Tattoo: Small ones are okay, too big and they may look trashy. I've seen good one's that are big though.
Peircing: Some guys can pull it off, some can't

Females
Tattoo: Trashy most of the time, not always
Peicing: Yes, as long as they don't go overboard

I think piercings are horrid, Tattoos are nice depending on what you get, Like if you get a nice seXy scotland flag on your arm.. Then that will be awesome.

I have had multiple piercings and multiple tattoo's. Took out piercings upon entering military, and those have now grew over...

Tattoos though.... very addictive.
