For mods: I will be talking about CoD and BFBC so I was unsure where to post this.
Theres a 90% chance I will get flamed, but this just shows how many CoD fan-boys there are on this forum.
Before I start I want to say that I enjoy BOTH games, but over the last 2 days have preferred one of them.

Why BFBC2 Is better than Co
1. There is NO quick-scoping.
Quickscoping is NON realistic! Seriously, if in real life you had a Intervention and tried to quick scope it would kill you or you would be blind forever. Without QS it makes the game more realistic. A more realistic game = a better game.
2. Balances
In BFBC2 they update / fix gun, vehicle and equipment balances constantly with 'live fixes'. Now what have 3arc done about the really bad balances on CoD? Hmm lets see, they nerfed the AK74u... And thats it.
3. LAG LAG AND LAG
BFBC2 has dedicated servers, meaning no hosts. No hosts = NO LAG.
I have played BFBC2 for over a YEAR now and I have NEVER experienced 1 second of lag! On MW2 and BO I have lagged under the map, now thats bad.. My connection is 20mbps so I have a good connection...
4. Gravity
If you have ever played BFBC2, if your using a recon class (That's a sniper class for you CoD fan-boys) You will notice that you have to aim sligtly higher than your target if your shooting long distance, this is because of a MAGICAL thing called gravity.. This pulls your bullet down, It also means you have to shoot your rockets higher than your target. Because of GRAVITY
5. Destructible environment
This adds to the realism of the game... You can blow up anything you see!
I bet the 3arc didn't add a distributable environment because they were scared it would lag out too much. ahahah
6. Vehicles
Yes you drive a quad bike, Humvee, loads of helicopters, and loads of tanks on multilayer! Now lets see what can you drive on the CoD series... Umm a bike on campaign... HA
7. Team work
Teamwork in BFBC2 is a MUST! If you don't work as a team you WILL lose. This adds to the game realism, because on CoD you just run around separately with NO teamwork or cooperation!
8. Camping
On BFBC2 there is no camping! the map is so huge its pointless to camp..
And CoD ever second corner you turn you see a guy camping with a claymore or a heartbeat sensor...
9. Hacks...
All the CoD's have been hacked and modded. There is not ONE mod or hack for BFBC2. This makes the game legit enjoyable and FUN!
10. Overall game feel
CoD just feels fake.. because yeah your really gonna get shot with a sniper and then go to last stand kill the guy who shot you and then get up 30 seconds later.. CoD its more of a cartoon game if you know what I mean...
BFBC2 just feels real, there is not one aspect of BF that I can think of that makes it less of a joy to play or less realistic.

I don't agree, I think Medal of Honor was a great game. I'm just disappointed in the developers for letting down the whole point too easily.
It just supports the fact that (people think) video games are just for entertainment via mindless violence. No one gets the message that lies underneath, ever.
It's always about graphics, and who copied who, and this leads to pointless shitstorms and misunderstandings. This is why I generally prefer to play offline.
Everyone freaked out because you could play as the Taliban. I'm pretty sure you play as someone America considers an enemy in almost every war game, online at least. They considered it a "big slap in the face" to those with loved ones who are serving or who have died in the war, although the game is clearly a tribute to those who have fought to protect our country.
Millions of the Jews died during the Holocaust, and yet no one flips shit about being able to play a Nazi German in World at War?
People confuse me. The world is too censored. We're going to be ****ed when some terrible shit happens because we're pussies. Etc, etc.

uv obviously never shot a rifle quick scopeing is very possible maybe not the text book shove the scope in your eye but defintlly possible. maybe where not looking for a realistic game maybe we want a simple fps shooter i mean for godsake the only thing they left out of bf was how to do my english homework

You really have no idea what you're talking about, do you?
Yes, "quick scoping"/"no scoping" may be possible, but it's very unlikely. More-so than Call of Duty makes it out to be.
Furthermore, how do vehicles make a game not for gamers? Last I checked, your beloved Call of Duty (assuming your a passive Call of Duty fanboy, which your making yourself out to be because you replied this way to a thread that is perhaps combating them) has vehicles. Kill streaks, tanks (in World at War), and especially in campaign. Battlefield substitutes kill streaks with vehicles, which make the game all the more enjoyable, kill streaks or not. Not having to deal with "what do I do!?" situations in a game makes the game not for gamers and boring. Quite contrary to your opinion.
I fail to see how the fact that Call of Duty has been catering to casual gamers for the past 3 titles makes it a game fit for gamers.
"First-person shooter" is a sub-genre. Games like Call of Duty, Battlefield and Gears of War are all shooters, and 85% of Battlefield is in the first person view.
Battlefield and Call of Duty are both great games, but it's hard to prefer Call of Duty over a game developed by someone who actually shows that they care about community.
Your logic is flawed, but it's your opinion. So whatever. Just thought I'd point it out.
You can pilot an AC-130, gunship, and chopper gunner in Call of Duty, too. How does that not count as a vehicle?
If you're not a Call of Duty fanboy, just ignore the fact that I pointed out all the things in it. It still makes sense, either way.

I played BC2 all last summer and only got to rank 39 out of 50
but overall its really realistic
the one other thing that im not a fan of is the movement and jumping it just doesnt feel right

Thats a good thing, because you actually have to play to level up, while in cod you can prestige in like 3 days.
