First of all the 3.55 CFW was first made by him but has a small part to do with the downside of the MW2. MW2 was hacked when the jailbreak hack first came out but the hacking scene wasn't as bad because not many have two playstations to transfer the patches over. So only a few who either update their consoles after putting the patch or transferring it over to a different console had the lobbies up.

So the blame cannot be laid on him and personally I am glad he came out with the 3.55 CFW because it enabled homebrew for those who updated! I personally didn't though because I have 2 ps3's(but I have know updated one to CFW but don't use it for a CL) The CFW was only mean't for homebrew until a few released patches used for piracy. This does not mean though that people used it for the purpose of putting patches on their console once the signed FTP server came out. I hope that he does not lose his case because he has done good for the scene since his release of custom firmware for when sony removed OtherOS.

I want him to win he is one cool guy !
