(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just curious. I never really got into it but I just downloaded Pokemon emerald onto my droid and its fun to play if i'm bored. When I was way younger Pokemon was like crack for kids. We never had video games though, that was before my time.

Try to avoid the "all the kids here still play Pokemon" jokes, that's too obvious

I have or had pokemon blue, yellow, silver, crystal, ruby, pearl.

My obsession started when I was 8 and now almost 18. Haven't bought any of the latest as I sold my DS to go towards my PS3 which I now enjoy COD on.

Clearly they are not the same. If you had any pokemon knowledge at all the red version was one of the two original versions where you start out with either squirtle bulbasaur or charmader released in 1998. Later in that year the special yellow version was released where you did not get to choose between those three you had to start out with pikachu. Later in the game you had a chance to acquire all three in seperate areas. Also the yellow version used more vibrant colors to really use the gameboy colors system. The green version if you are referring to the "leaf" green version did not come out until 2004 and was made for the gameboy advance not the color. If you are referring to the original "Green" version, that version was never released outside of japan and even if you managed to get a copy of it unless you speak fluent japanese i don't think you would have a very fun time playing the game.

I hate Pokenoobs Not Happy or Sad

anyone with common knowledge of pokemon (or any basic pokemon fan) should easily be able to tell you all that, but the original green version a lot of people never knew about it being a japanese exclusive and all but some how a friend of mine had it in elementry school i beat it, back then i wasnt doing much reading anyways were talking like 12 years ago im only 18 xD oh and i still play pokemon and have no shame about it Happy

Once you do that open it up and search for a GBA rom and download anything and it will prompt you to download an emulator and it'll download the tiger GBA. At full battery you could probably get a good 3 hours off it

It helped me get the emulator and rom, thanks for the info, Smile
And I used to play Pokemon, I barely do now on my DS. The only reason I still play the new games, Is because I get free games on the DS. But Pokemon was coo' back in the day Smile
