What do you think would happen if your mother and a couple of her friends were subjected to watching some Dead space two footage? Electronic arts recently recruited a couple of mothers into a little ''Experiment'' in which they wanted to see what they thought of their latest instalment to the series.
The footage aired during the Atlanta Falcons vs Green Bay Packers game to make sure it reaches the maximum amount of men who actually think women are stupid. EA has also created a new site, You must login or register to view this content. in hopes of launching this recent instalment to the series.
The commercial, while amusing, does go some way to demonstrating just how beneficial controversy is for a videogame. People who campaign against videogames only seem to help the things they want regulated and/or banned. The fact that EA is now home brewing its own outrage only serves to reinforce it.
