On Monday, One of Russia's busiest Airports Domdedovo airport was struck by a suicide bomber blew himself up, killing 35 people and injuring 180. Up to this date, no parties have come forward to claim responsibility, although Chechen separatists are likely to be blamed.

In the midst of this, Russian media have found something else to Blame these attacks on, Modern Warfare 2, In a recent video released by the Russian satellite network Russia Today they detail that the the infamous "No Russian" level of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is to be blamed for these attacks. In that mission, players must attack a fictional Russian airport, gunning down civilians in masses.

"The bloody scenes of the Moscow attack are reminiscent of what can be seen in a computer game that controversially involves a character who is urged to attack civilians in an imaginary airport," says the anchorwoman.

Later, the correspondent says that the level "mirrors" the real-life suicide bombing.

The report goes on to quote Fox News terrorism analyst Walid Phares as saying he is concerned that terrorists could be using games as training tools.

I totally disagree- Blaming a FICTIONAL VIDEO GAME on a Real Life situation is ridiculous. For Example:
People Read Harry Potter- Fictional. You don't see murderer's dressed as Ron weasley blowing up a Shop In Oxford Street And blaming it on Page 165.

I dont even Re-call a bomb blast in MW2 so relating the two is totally beyond me.

INNOCENT people Lost theyr'e Lifes, Its Beyond me relating Something fictional & Extreme acts of terrorism.

Need to Chill out!

Horrible excuse. Seriously, think BEFORE you release things like that to the public and humiliate yourselves.

Because MW2 is exactly like real life and everything in that game is accurate enough to use to train terrorists :n:.
What does some crazy retard blowing himself up have to do with a ****ing video game?
Some people need to hop off and quit trying to find someone to blame whenever something bad happens.
