(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); As you know there are revolt going in Egypt. Do you think President Hosni Mubarak will be overrided like Zine el-Abidine Ben Alin (Tunisian former President)?
Do you think it's also possible that revolts spread on North Africa?

Some crazy shit going down in Egypt. If they want to end the riots and chaos, they need to shift power in the Egyptian government.

It's not all about riots. Thieves are ALL over Egypt. Me and others went down to streets to protect our homes with guns.

Vaner ,

I didn't know you were from Egypt and I'm sorry so see what Egypt is going through right now.
It is good to see that Pro-government Egyptians have taken to the streets in support of stabilizing the situation and allowing Mubarak to finish his term.
After the last ten years of political crackdowns and rights violations, he is going to have to give up the office by the end of this year, but they need to set up a smooth transition plan and him leaving now is going to leave a void that could allow complete destabilization of the area.

I can't help but wonder about Iran's involvement with the uprising.
They have been behind the scenes on almost every uprising in the middle east that helps to destabilize existing governments. Even if they are not pro west, Iran just wants the entire area in conflict because it fosters the advance of fundamentalist influence.

And the asshole looters that will take advantage of any situation for personal gain are a problem for every government in the world.

It looks to me like Mubarak has lost the backing of you military.
That could be a real problem for you guys, it was for Sadat, but at least the military hasn't shown itself to be pro Iranian.

Best thing would be if the majority gets vocal and in the streets and gets things stabilized for long enough to allow a smooth transition to another leadership group and not have Egypt go through 10 yrs of political and social conflict.

"Yeh I know I had this on the other one but didn't realiize it was newer and going to be closed, To lazy to retype it"

Baradai does not deserve to be a president, he spent all of his life abroad. He didn't do anything for us. He doesn't deserve it.

I have nothing against UnitedStates. But you are NOT our allies to discuss things like this with us.

I don't understand this hostile post. I never said we were allies or forcing our support. But technically, Egypt IS a United States ally considering the fact that we've been funding them the second largest amount of all the countries the US funds for the last 30 years.

Also, this whole situation is just a ploy for the Muslim Brotherhood to try to gain power in Egypt. It's very obvious.

I know that Egypt is a strategic ally of United States and that you fund us. But this does not mean that you can get in our internal issues, it's okay to express your opinion but the latest speeches from Obama and Hilary Clinton is like "forcing" us.

Muslim Brotherhood will NOT succeed because the current protests are for Democracy and Freedom which Muslim brotherhood does not support. If Egypt turns into an Islamic country then it will be like Turkey, but no way like Iran. Because Turkish Brotherhood supports Democracy and Freedom unlike Iran. The Muslim Brotherhood population does not exceed 10 Millions in a country that contains over 80 Millions. If this the threat increases then I strictly believe that Israel or United States will get invloved to stop it because Muslim Brotherhood means that Rafah will be opened and this easily threats Israel. Not to mention that Muslim Brotherhood might actually attack Israel.

Before assuming that I am against Muslim Brotherhood due to religious reasons, I am a Muslim but I am just saying facts.

IMO, Mubarak should leave. There's no democracy and there's way too much corruption. Today people got paid 100 LE ~10 pounds to protest and use violation against the peaceful protesters. Again most of them were those corrupt police. The army didn't do anything against the violence what's IMO really sad.
