First off, I'm not learning in a classroom like some shitty 4-year college where you learn your shit from books (no offense to anyone taking that route). I'm doing my training in an actual professional recording studio. [url=www.titanrecording.com]This one[/url] to be exact. My mentor, the studio manager, chief engineer, chief mastering engineer, etc built the studio and owns it. So that's pretty cool. He worked on tons of platinum selling albums including albums from such artists as: Madonna, Suicidal Tendencies, Pink Floyd.. just to name a few. Anyways enough gloating, on to my first day.

So I show up, and we go over some material, yadda yadda boring. My mentor has been working with a swedish metal band named Dynazty for 2 weeks now, and that's who we worked with today. The first band member shows up, drunk and hungover from a ridiculous party the night before, wearing a girls blouse that he traded the girl for his shirt. I saw the picture of this chick and she was incredibly fukn hot, lucky asshole. This guy is a HUGE celebrity character actor, I mean huge. I guess he finds swedish metal bands and produces them on the side. Crazy. I didn't get all star struck or anything gay like that though, I've worked in film before seen plenty of stars blah blah blah...

Anyways the rest of the day was filled with fun studio stuff that's probably too boring for all of you to read. I just wanted to share this crazy shit with you all.
