Wow... 16mb, what Pillar said, you only get 16mb of Fast internet, once you used it all, then your internet is gonna be slow, so that fast internet isn't gonna do you any good lol, I'm paying for 500GB Internet and I'm getting 15mB/s

Oh it's because your ISP discriminates towards homosexuals by giving them more bandwidth due to their high demand for homosexual pornography. We all know homosexual pornography takes up more bandwidth than regular normal-people pornography.

You got capped because every company has a fair use policy. Meaning that although it's unlimited, it's not really unlimited. You have to still download moderately. That's the only thing I can think of. I suggest you phone them up asking why you got capped if you're unlimited. They'll explain why then you can argue that it's not really unlimited, so they're false advertising, Unless they state they have a fair use policy, but that's usually downloading shit loads in peak times, i.e. 6pm-11pm. Find out their fair use policy. Oh, and ask for an English person. The Indians never understand you.

Sames if my upload was like 40mb I would be uploading my whole pc lol:rolleyes:

Very bad DSL. I'm lucky if I hit 180KB/s. I don't think I've ever been capped before.

Haha you are all are capped, I never get capped. I am constantly downloading and uploading too. Unlimited but my parents pay like $200 a month. (unlimited as in amount not speeds) Download and upload speeds vary depending on how many people are on in your area.

At night I can get a 60+ Mb/s download speed and upload of 6+ there are many factors tho.

Your service provider might have recently installed fiber optic cables, cause I know in the next few months there going to begin adding them to my neighborhood.
