You've obviously never talked to a girl before. That's ****ing creepy if you compliment a girl for the first time. This is what you have to do:
1. Get introduced, become acquainted
2. Spark up some convo in study hall every now and then
3. Don't be a pussy and ask her out once you know her a little

lol i've talked to girls before, also I dont find it creepy to give a girl compliments when 1st meeting her. I rarely get nervous around girls this just happens to be one of those girls that I get nervous around. But its a good nervous, i feel like I really want to talk to her unlike other girls that I can just walk up to and start a conversation that other guys wish they had the confidence to do the same.

After you've talked a little bit, you'll start to feel a little bit more comfortable. This may take a few days, just so it doesn't seem creepy, but once you're comfortable talking to her & being around her you could just ask if she'd want to hang out sometime. After that, it's alllllll downhill. :y:
