How Can i make it look better



What I Have That Might Make It Look Sharper :

Believe it or not that actually looks decent.... the dazzle delivers an average quality at best, if you want it to look like what you see on your own TV you're going to want an HDPVR (although they can be expensive).

The issue is really within your settings. When you go into the pinnacle capture/recording mode there are a bunch of settings at the bottom and even more that pop up when you click a button down there. Not really sure what it looks like or the settings I used were (its been a while since I used my dazzle), but look it up on google - or better yet, look it up on YouTube. There are tons of videos with the settings and quality test for the specific settings. Other than that you can just experiment around with the settings, changing and testing them one by one and figuring out how they improve your quality.
