I wouldn't change anything because NGU is perfect and all the Sec's/Mods/Supers/Admins are doing a great jobs and they are making NGU a great place for everyone! Nothing on NGU needs to change because they are keeping NGU a fun and friendly place!

More equal fair and uniform enforcement of the rules by site management.
Especially in regards to threads and rep requests in signatures.

I would like to see the thanks button added to the site suggestion section, so members could acknowledge good ideas.

Increase rep and thanks values OR increase VBux rates in the premium section to promote more activity there.

Make a groan -2.5 value and enforce the same as thanks rules. No more than 5 given per 24 hrs.

Or allow the user to lessen the amount of +/- rep given.
