Well IDK if his parents are like mine like Said I tell them Oh but my sister used teh computer when she was grounded (and it was say a week or two after the grounding was over) my parent's would of been on well and I give a crap because... for example me my older sister is one hell of a bitch and if your little sister has ratted you out recently just go ahead and rat her out yea it sucks but karma is a bitch, and if she hasn't rated you out just don't do anything because chances are she'll rat you out/blackmail you if she hasn't done anything to you

Wait a sec! Stop right there she lets people inside your house. If you hate her and want to bother her then rat her out. Just make sure you keep your shit straight in case she wants revenge. You know what they say "Hell has no fury like a woman scorned" be careful.
