Basics:
Cooking with marijuana is relatively simple. It requires a couple of steps, but it's worth every minute of your time. To cook with weed, you need to make a butter, often called "Canna Butter, Bud Butter, MJ Butter." After you make the butter, you use it just as you would any regular butter. This replaces the regular, sober, butter we usually use. To prepare pot for eating it has to be heated in some way. It won't work if the weed is eaten without preparation, because the digestive system is unable to digest THC directly. When cooking with weed, it is very important to use fat (oil, butter, milk) because THC (the stuff that gets you stoned) is fat soluble and not water soluble. [/COLOR]

[multipage=How to Make CannaButter]

Ingredients:
-1 lb. of butter (not margarine)
-1/2 ounce of finely ground marijuana

Directions:
-Melt the butter in a sauce pan until it's simmering.
-Add the marijuana and let simmer for 30 minutes or so until the butter has turned green from the marijuana.
-Pour butter through a strainer to remove all the pieces of marijuana.
-Chill the butter till it turns into a solid form.

[Multipage=Methods of THC extraction ]

- Butter
- Cooking oil (soak in for a week)
- Milk
- Cream

Another method is Flour:
- Grind the cannabis up as fine as you can get it, and mix it with the following ratio: for every cup of flour, mix in a half cup of powdered cannabis. Your final product is cannaflour, and you can use it in just about every baking recipe.

Weed- If you're in a hurry you can also do the following: melt some (dairy) butter in a pan and throw in some weed; stir a bit, and then fry an egg, pancake, etc. in it. Don't throw the weed away, it will still contain some THC. Munch on your meal Smile

[Multipage= How Much Weed to Use]

There is no set amount of weed to use. I recommend using shake, or low grade marijuana since you need a fairly decent amount. Since the potency of the bud varies, it's basically a trial and error process.

[/COLOR]

[Multipage=The Effects]

-The effects can take anywhere from 30- 2hrs to kick in. The biggest problem here is to find the right amount. When smoked, the effects set in almost immediately, so it is easy to judge how much you need. After eating some weed, some users are too impatient, and they think they need more. While it is not possible to overdose on weed, the effects of eating too much cannabis are not pleasant. You may feel sick, confused, unable to move or talk, and your coordination may be heavily affected. These effects can last much longer than when smoked, so I recommend not eating so much weed. Start with a low dose, and increase it the next time, if needed. Experiment to find the right amount. When eaten, pot takes longer to work, depending on: the amount and quality of the weed/hash, the rate of your digestion system, and the amount of food you've eaten beforehand. For best results, try not eating anything at least 2-3 hours before eating your marijuana.

Tea:

Ingredients:
Tea
Cup
1 Teaspoon of butter
Marijuana!

Directions:
Like other herbs, marijuana may be made into a tea. Boil the water first and pour it over the marijuana. Let it steep for longer than you would for common black tea; approximately an hour and a half.

Add 1 tsp. of marijuana or regular butter. The effects are similar to eating it. It is easy to make marijuana tea and can be combined with mint or any other herbal tea flavors to enhance it's taste.

THC is only very slightly soluble in boiling water. Adding either some alcohol, oil, or butter to the mix will help the THC dissolve. An ounce of whole milk or a half ounce of hard liquor to a cup of boiling water increases the tea's potency quite a bit. A chai-type drink, made with marijuana leaves, spices, butter and milk would dissolve even more of the THC.

Making tea by just boiling the leaves will not release as much psychoactive THC. Since marijuana's pigments and terpenoids the components responsible for its flavor are water soluble, this tea looks and smells more promising than its effect will be. However, these non-cannabinoids may also have medicinal properties, as could other water-solubles.

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 medium sized eggs
1/8oz weed
1/2cup Bud Butter (I call it Budder)

Materials:
1 frying pan
1 medium sized bowl
1 spatula
1 fork
1 plate

(optional)
diced ham
diced turkey
diced bacon
diced cheese
seasoning (if you don't like the taste of marijauna)

Directions:
1) Preheat stove at a high/medium level. Grease pan with Budder and place on the eye. Stir eggs in bowl until you cannot see the difference between the egg white and the yolk.

2) Pour eggs onto hot pan. The eggs should cover the pans surface when poured, if not move the eggs around until they do.

3) When the eggs have solidified on the bottom (enough to flip with out breaking), place the fillings in the center of the eggs. Flip one side of the eggs to cover the fillings.

4) Cook until fillings are cooked thoroughly*. Place your omelette onto a plate and enjoy the flavors.

- These are just a fraction of all the things you can make =D

The Low Key OG
still the same OG, but I've been low key
I can't wait until I've got my own kitchen. The only problem with doing this is lack of experience. All the measurements would be off, I'd eat too much, and I'd probably end up burning whatever I cooked.Happy

Not really. You can buy one at a clinic for $5-10, making them would probably cost more, but you can put all the weed you want in it Happy
