I'd recommend talking to her about it. Nothing is better than an honest relationship.
Just my two cents...
Except for a relationship built on a lies from the beginning. Ironically, those usually turn out for the best.
I know that this may sound rude... but you are only 15. Have fun. Lie, cheat, and steal while you still can.
My wife and I started dating when she was 13 and I was 14. We dated for 5 years and have been married for almost 7. While we were dating in high school, we both "broke each others hearts" countless times. We have two kids and a VERY HAPPY marriage.
A couple who we were friends with in high school who started dating around the same time had a very serious, "tell me everything you do and who you are with at all times" kind of relationship. They are also married and have three kids. Guess who's about to get divorced? They ****ing hate/resent each other because they didn't enjoy themselves when they had the chance.
Moral of the Story?
Have fun, be safe, enjoy life. I swear to God... once you hit 20ish years old time FLIES BY faster then you can imagine.
