Post: help needed with comcast cable box...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); okay, heres the deal. i have a black comcast HD cable box with everything. why i say its black is because it is a tad bit old and the newer HD boxes are silver. anyways, back to the problem. my box will not let me view the on demand portion of the cable. i get it for free. my box does not get it, but my box in my living room does. i tried calling comcast, but as usual, no one will answer.

has anyone experienced this and is they have or have not, please suggest anything that might work.

these are desperate times here people, i need my on demand.'

Do a barrel roll!
Just call them, tell them to fix it, if they say no, threaten to report them to the BBB. If they still don't fix it, tell Consumerist. Works for me every time. Tough I've never had to use the last step.
