(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Just wondering if theirs a way to get a verified paypal with out actually linking a real bank account? Or someone who sells them or something....thanks.

Credit cards don't verify you're paypal they just increase the spending limit.

You could try making a sperate bank account just for your payapl. Thats what i did..
