I do have an HD-PVR, its just I updated my OS on my computer, and didn't have Sony Vegas to render it to HD properly

You dont have to render, the raw file is 720p already, Might be because your pvr isnt setup right

ok, so from now on I'll upload a raw 2gb video to youtube without editing or rendering it in Sony Vegas to make the video file smaller

My raw files at like 2gbs, rendered they are 5gbs....
