This is bad, because my family is coming up for my dads 40th!

Anyone got any tips to beat this crap, its really pissing me off :arate: <LOL

Should be sold in all major stores, like Tesco or Wallmart if you're American. They have ones that dissolve in water which can taste OK.

At least I can fight
Fruit can help a lot since it contains vitamins and minerals. Also, Alka-Seltzer will stop symptoms for 24 hours. Also, Carbohydrates are needed to burn off to keep your bodies energy. (Eat something with high carbs then walk them off.)
