Sure I guess. I mean it tends to get a lot more exclusive content or at least content that gets withheld from the ps3 for a month and then released. Plus I like the controller better.

Well, First I don't think you need to ask us. You need to do your own research and see if it's a good system for you. I have both and they are the same thing. Both have their differences but they both work.

i sold me 360 due to i played my PS3 more

I am still getting used to it.

It' pretty expensive to do a console switch because you have to buy all new games, controllers, etc. I don't really see the point of switching either, I think you will find that xbox isn't that much different from ps3 in general :/
