well i have been their done that, i was 16 and went to juvie, for violent disorder and 3 accounts of gbh,

i went in for a year but got a suspended sentence because i was good, but yh when u are in their its a dog eat dog thing, hit or get hit, if u be pusss then u will get raped, but if u stand up to them and fight, then they wont fuk with u, only 1 guy tried to steal by batteries LOL n i kicked the shiteee out of him, the guards checked cctv and saw it wasnt my fault bcuz he was in my cell so he was asking for it,


then i got out on probation and tag, my curfew was 7:00 pm, so i bought a ps3 and i use to spend most of my days at home becuz i didnt wanna violate my curfew, so then i came on ngu for glitches on cod LOL and i think if i didnt have the ps3 then i would have violated my curfew, but 2 years on and i have a successfull job and i am keeping out of trouble

I would do 100 push ups every other day. I would try to get ripped as possible, basically just to pass the time.

I work out a lot now, but because I can, not because I have to pass the time. Lol

Do my time and get out.

Haha, but yeah, broken hands suck cause you use them in practically every upper-body lift.

Plus you lose a lot of your gains after a few weeks, hate that. Bet the 23rd can't come fast enough for you, huh?
